RSM FurMeet

This code of conduct must be accepted in its entirety at the moment of registration, with no exceptions.
Your confirmation to each event is dependant on the observance of every rule here described. Special cases will be evaluated individually.
You must be of age to register to this website, its event and to partecipate to them. Providing a false date of birth will cause the loss of the sums sent, ban of the account, removal from the event and report to the authorities.
It is absolutely forbidden to introduce any sort of weapon or drug, or any illicit substance to the event. Any transgression will be reported to the authorities.

You are expected to be civil and respectful toward structures, properties and authorities.
This organization is not responsible for any damage a wrong conduct may cause.
We will take action against anyone whose behaviour could cause harm to people's and structures' safety. Excessive intoxication, any kind of violence, defiance and so on will be dealt with accordingly, with either a warning or removal from the event.
The events organized by RSM FurMeet are intended for friends. You can discuss any problem with the staff to find a solution.

We will dwell in public structures, hotels, malls, parks... a certain code for clothing and accessories apply.
It is forbidden to wear clothing and accessories that could go against public decency and the image of RSM FurMeet. Masks not part of a fursuit will have to be evaluated by the staff according to the nature of the event.
Sexually suggestive clothing and accessories are forbidden, unless in character with the fursuit. For example, a huskie fursuit can wear a sled dog harness, but a human cannot. When in doubt, ask the staff.
Only obvious toy weapons will be accepted. They will have to be well recognizable as such from the distance, as for sanmarinese law, and will have to be devoid of ammo and power sources (batteries, balls, projectiles, explosive caps).

Registration is only allowed to users of age.
Registration to events requires payment of the whole required amount, according to each event.
Registering doesn't give you automatic access, you will have to be approved by the staff first.
Only a succesful payment grants a spot at the event.
Every event will have a strict deadline, past that we won't be able to accept more registration as we'll have booked the necessary structures.

Every payment will have to go through PayPal, using the page integrated in the website. Exceptions will be evaluated one by one.
Evert payment must be delivered within 7 days from its approval. This date is written in the approval e-mail and every subsequent e-mail regarding payment.
Two days from the deadline a reminder e-mail will be sent.
If the deadline isn't met, a notification e-mail will be sent and the registration suspended.
Registration can be reactivated, you may contact the staff in case.

If you cannot attend, a refund will be considered case by case, withing seven days from payment.
After registration closure, we won't be able to refund you. In case, contact us immediately.
Using PayPal's automated refund feature without reason will be considered as harmful toward the organization. Everything can be solved without involving PayPal. Contact us if you have any need.

Passwords are encrypted and nobody, not even us, can read them.
Documents and photographs required for an event will be kept only for the time necessary, and removed permanently afterward.
Documents and fursuit pictures are needed to request the necessary permits to appear in public.
Accounts can be deleted any time. Banned accounts will be deleted and forbidden a new registration.
Deleting the account is irreversible. If you wish to delete your account send us an e-mail using the same address you registered with.
Your personal data are kept in italian territory. They won't be sold or given to anyone else.
The only e-mails you will receive concern the website and activities organized by RSM FurMeet
